After some time we became friends, and as I approached retirement after 40 years in construction, I discussed my future plans with him. Knowing my belief in the product, I asked about becoming a distributor. Instead, Charley offered to sell me the entire company, with the stipulations that I maintain domestic manufacturing in Arizona and refuse to use Chinese-sourced media. Agreeing wholeheartedly, I purchased Hydrochanger.
